What details do I need for my gift to reach the room?
To ensure the surprise is perfect, reception requires the Full Name and Room Number. Being a central clinic, agility is key: with those details, we take care of everything.
Are flowers allowed in the Rotger ICU?
No. To protect the health of delicate patients, flowers are not allowed in the ICU. If that's the case, we recommend waiting until they are moved to a ward, where our bouquets will fill their recovery with color.
Will the flowers arrive if the patient is discharged today?
Of course! If they have already left for home when we arrive, we will call you to bring the joy to their doorstep. We manage the address change so your gift reaches their hands, wherever they are.
How will I know if my bouquet has been delivered?
As soon as we deliver the bouquet, you will receive an automatic confirmation email for your peace of mind.
Remember: If you don't hear from us, it’s a good sign. It means the delivery is on its way. We will only call you if an unexpected issue arises or if we cannot find the recipient.
How do the Bloomi Assistant and the card editor work?
It’s the perfect combination of technology and emotion.
First, if you can't find the words, Bloomi (our AI) will write unique messages for you. By clicking the "Use this" button, the text is automatically transferred to the editor.
The best part is the real preview: you will see on your screen exactly how it will look once printed (typography, design...). Additionally, the system is smart: if you write a long letter, it automatically switches to Folio format so it reads perfectly; and if it’s for a funeral arrangement, it allows you to select Ribbon.

What gift is best for a birth or recovery?
Vases are not always available at the clinic. So the family can focus on enjoying the moment, we recommend our "Centerpieces" or "Flower Boxes". They come with their own water, don't mess, and are super easy to take home.
