What details are mandatory for delivery at Juaneda?
The reception at Calle Company is very strict with privacy. It is mandatory that you provide the Full Name and Room Number. Without these details, we cannot access the inpatient wards.
Are flowers allowed in the Juaneda ICU?
No. For patient safety, flowers are not allowed in the ICU. If your relative is there, we recommend waiting until they move to a ward to brighten their day with a fresh bouquet.
Will the flowers arrive if they are discharged today?
Of course! If the patient has already left when we arrive, we will call you instantly to coordinate delivery to their home. We will redirect the gift so they can finish their recovery at home with your flowers.
What format is most comfortable for this clinic?
Since the rooms are for rest, we recommend our "Centerpieces" or "Flower Boxes". They come with their own water base and are much easier to place and transport than a large bouquet that needs a vase.
