The distribution is made from 10:00 to 20:00. You can select between morning hours (from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.), afternoon hours (4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) or indifferent hours with which you will receive the order in any of the two time zones.

We distribute Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. For deliveries on Saturday afternoons and Sundays, the order must be processed before Saturday at 12:00. For the distribution of holidays, the order must be processed on the last business day before 12:00. These hours are to guarantee the availability of the products.

For orders on Saturday afternoon € 10 will be charged, checking the availability of the desired product before making the purchase.

For orders on Sunday or a holiday, € 20 will be charged, checking the availability of the desired product before making the purchase.

In case of placing an order for Saturday afternoon or holiday without checking the availability of delivery, the requested product or the delivery of holidays or Saturday afternoon we have no obligation to make the delivery. If the delivery can be made but we do not have the requested genre, we would contact the customer to suggest a change in the product for another that is in stock or make a refund of the order amount.


The products purchased at "" will be delivered within a minimum period of 12 hours, depending on the stock. Or on the requested date if it exceeds the stipulated hours.

We deliver orders with terms of less than 12 hours. But you should contact us to check availability of products and delivery.

In some products, due to the difficulty of supply, the availability of the same must be checked for the desired dates before placing the order. This type of products will have a message within the same product file stating that it is only made to order or with the minimum time of days to make the delivery.

The client can write the delivery schedule preference on the website, but if for organizational reasons it is not possible, we are not obliged to respect that schedule, although we will do our best. In any case, the customer will be previously notified of changes in the delivery schedule.



In the products made with flowers or plants, depending on the stock and season, we reserve the freedom to make variations of gender and colors of the same, keeping exactly the same price and quality with the design as similar as possible to the product chosen by the client.

The products included in the accessories sections are only sold accompanying our flower arrangements. To be able to exclusively send products from the accessories section, you have to make a purchase of more than € 50 without including shipping costs. In the case of not meeting these conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the order, always making the refund of the total amount of the order including shipping costs.


Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you consider that your product is defective, send an email to within 24 hours with images of the product, the packaging and the explanatory labels attached to the product if you carry them. We will do our best to reach an agreement with you if the product does not meet the quality it should.uct chosen by the client.


In accordance with the provisions of Article 45 of Law 6/96 of January 15 on the organization of retail trade, the customer may not return fresh products, if said return does not occur within 24 hours, following delivery or collection of the product. The products to be returned must not have any alteration, they must be returned as it was delivered. The cancellation or suspension of orders will always be carried out by phone or in person at our physical store, always before 24 hours in reference to the requested delivery time of the order. Justification and accreditation of both the order carried out and the person who carried it out must be presented. All orders that are affected in the cases reflected in point four of this document are canceled or suspended (FORCE MAJEURE).
