Do you offer same-day lily delivery?
Yes. We work with two daily shifts. If you want morning delivery (10:00–14:00), confirm your purchase before 10:30. For the afternoon delivery (16:00–20:00), we close the quota at 13:00.
Can I add a message with the flowers?
Yes, and it is completely free. In the cart, you will find the editor to create your dedication. If you don't know what to write, Bloomi can suggest an emotional and personal text for you. The note travels in an elegant envelope along with the bouquet.
Why do you send some closed buds?
For quality. Because we handle the delivery ourselves, we avoid the bumps and dehydration typical of courier transport. Sending some semi-closed buds helps the lilium open at home and the bouquet lasts more days.
How long does the natural perfume of the lilium last?
It depends on the variety and the environment, but it usually stays for several days and, with good care (clean water and no direct sun), it normally perfumes the room for about a week.
Does lilium pollen stain? How do I avoid it?
It can stain. If you wish, upon receiving the bouquet, you can carefully remove the anthers (the part with pollen) or ask us to prepare it minimizing that risk. Avoid shaking the flowers and do not place them near light-colored fabrics.
Is it recommended if there are cats at home?
If you live with cats, it is better to choose another variety: lilies can be dangerous for them. If you still buy it, place it out of their reach.
