Do you offer same-day peony delivery?
Yes. We work with two daily shifts. If you want delivery in the morning from 10:00 to 14:00, confirm your purchase before 10:30. For the afternoon delivery from 16:00 to 20:00, we close the quota at 13:00.
Why do peonies arrive closed?
For freshness and protection. The peony is a delicate flower that we send in an initial state of opening —like a small ball— so it does not suffer during the journey. By placing it in room temperature water at home, its petals will open day by day until reaching a spectacular volume.
How long do fresh peonies last and how should I care for them?
The lifespan of a cut peony is usually 5 to 7 days, depending on the room temperature. To extend their life and enjoy their full bloom, we recommend changing the vase water every two days, cutting a couple of centimeters off the stem diagonally, and keeping the bouquet away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Can I add a message with the flowers?
Yes, and it is completely free. In the cart you will find the visual editor to create your dedication. If you lack inspiration, Bloomi will suggest an emotional and personal text created with Artificial Intelligence. The note travels in an elegant envelope along with the bouquet.
How are such delicate flowers transported?
Since we do the delivery ourselves, we avoid the bumps and temperature changes typical of courier agencies. The bouquet travels directly from our workshop to your hands, maintaining hydration without the need to use annoying water soakers.
Are they available all year round?
No, and that is part of their magic. Peonies have a very short natural season that usually covers the spring and early summer months. If you see them in our catalog, don't miss the opportunity!
