Three peonies, one hydrangea, two stems of alstroemeria and two of spray roses, plus fillers and greenery: a one-size peony and hydrangea bouquet, put together in Palma. Its shades change with each morning's delivery (deep pink, pale pink and cream in the photo), and outside May and June the peonies are imported. Our own team hand-delivers it across Mallorca; early orders arrive the same day.
“Vienna Charm” is a peony and hydrangea bouquet with alstroemeria and spray roses: three peonies, one hydrangea, two stems of alstroemeria and two of spray roses, plus filler flowers and greenery. It's made in a single size, and the colours depend on the flowers that arrive each day.
Ekaterina makes it up at our workshop in Palma with flowers she picked first thing that day, and our own delivery team takes it, in person, to any address on the island: order early enough and it will be there today. The two pictures are of a bouquet we actually made (the second one up close): three deep pink peonies, a pale pink hydrangea, light pink alstroemeria, cream spray roses and tiny white filler flowers among the greenery.

In the main photo it's in someone's hands, so you can judge for yourself how big it is. That photo shows it tied with a pink satin ribbon only, without wrapping; for delivery we add paper and a ribbon.
Not always exactly. Each morning we work with whatever flowers come into the workshop, and the shades vary with availability. In the photo, the peonies are deep pink, the hydrangea pale pink, the alstroemeria light pink and the spray roses cream; on another day they may come in different shades. What stays the same: the flowers themselves (peonies, hydrangea, alstroemeria and spray roses, with fillers and greenery) and the size.
Peonies are seasonal: in Spain their natural season is May and June. For the rest of the year we use imported peonies, so availability and shade can vary. No, we can't. Vienna is only in the bouquet's name: we're a small family business based in Palma, and our drivers only work in Mallorca, so for flowers in Vienna you'll need a florist in Austria. It does work the other way round, though: from Vienna, or from any other country, you can order this bouquet online for someone in Mallorca, and we'll take it to them ourselves.
Yes. If you'd like more volume, our pastel pink peony and hydrangea bouquet is a larger, XL bouquet with eucalyptus and ruscus. What makes “Vienna Charm” different is its mix of four flowers: peony, hydrangea, alstroemeria and spray rose.
That's normal for peonies: they open in the vase, going from tight bud to full bloom within a few days. In a warm room out of direct sun they open sooner; somewhere cool, they take their time and last longer.
As a rough guide, there are two cut-off times: 9:00 for a morning delivery and 13:00 for an afternoon one. From Monday to Friday our delivery slots are 10:00–14:00 and 16:00–20:00; on Saturdays we only go out in the morning (10:00–14:00), and we don't deliver on Sundays. We opened Floristería Mallorca in December 2016 at C/ Cardenal Rossell 73, in Coll d'en Rabassa, near the airport. That's where our shop and workshop are, and where our own deliveries set off from.
