We deliver flowers across Mallorca, Monday to Saturday. Delivery price and minimum order depend on your zone (postcode): the closer to Palma, the cheaper. You can also pick up for free at our shop in Palma.

The minimum order is the amount of your purchase (excluding delivery) required for home delivery in your zone. If you don't reach it, add a little something extra or choose free store pickup.

Why these prices: our own delivery, no middlemen

Your bouquet is delivered by our own team, in our own van, from our Palma workshop to the door. We never pass your order to a local florist or a relay network: the bouquet we make is exactly the one that arrives — same hands, same flowers, same freshness.

That is why delivery costs what it costs, especially in the furthest zones: you pay for the real journey of an in-house delivery (Artà or Cala Rajada is a good hour from Palma by van), not a network commission. In return we control the whole chain — preparation, transport and a call before delivering — and if anything goes wrong, we answer for it ourselves, not a third party. At the final step of checkout you can pick the delivery day on a calendar and the time slot (morning or afternoon) that suits you best. For key dates (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day…) we recommend ordering ahead.

As flowers are a perishable product prepared especially for you, orders not collected on the agreed date cannot be refunded.

Frequently asked questions

How is the delivery price calculated?
By zone, based on the postcode of the delivery address. When you enter your address in the cart you'll see the exact price before paying.
Can I choose the delivery day and time?
Yes. At checkout you'll find a calendar to choose the day and the time slot (morning or afternoon).
What if my order doesn't reach my zone's minimum?
In that case home delivery isn't available for your zone. You can add a little extra to reach the minimum, or choose free store pickup.
Do you deliver across all of Mallorca?
Yes, we deliver island-wide within the zones on the map. If you can't find your town or have any doubts, get in touch and we'll check.
Does store pickup cost anything?
No, store pickup is free. Just remember that, being perishable products, orders not collected on the agreed date cannot be refunded.
Can I send flowers for a specific date?
Yes, you choose the date on the checkout calendar. For busy dates, the earlier you order, the better.
Why does delivery to distant zones cost more?
Because we deliver ourselves, with our own team and van, from Palma to your door. The price reflects the real distance travelled, not a commission: we never hand your order to another florist or a relay network — which is how we guarantee the bouquet arrives exactly as it left the workshop.
