When you buy from us, you buy from the florist who makes your bouquet and brings it to the door: our workshop is in Coll d'en Rabassa (Palma) and our own team delivers across Mallorca. No platforms in between, no third-party commissions — you deal directly with the people holding your flowers.

What buying without middlemen means

Flower delivery works on two models. With relay networks — platforms such as Interflora and others — the order is placed on a central website and is usually passed on to an affiliated local florist, who prepares it from their own stock; part of the amount usually stays with the platform as a commission. With the direct model, you buy from the florist who will actually make your bouquet. Both models are legitimate: we simply work on the second one, and for sending flowers within Mallorca we believe it gives you the most for your money.

How we work

  • The bouquet in the photo was made by us: it is our own catalogue, not a generic image.
  • Your bouquet leaves our workshop in Coll d'en Rabassa, made with that week's fresh flowers.
  • It is delivered by our own team, in our own van, Monday to Saturday, across Mallorca.
  • We call before delivering to make sure someone is home.
  • If anything goes wrong, we answer for it ourselves: phone & WhatsApp +34 658 838 056, no call centres.

Here are our delivery zones, prices and minimums, and here is our story since 2016.

Said with respect

We are not claiming any model is worse for everyone: relay networks, for instance, are genuinely useful for international deliveries. We simply explain how we work so you can choose with full information. And if you are sending flowers within Mallorca, buying direct from a local florist — us or any other — always works in your favour.

Frequently asked questions

What is a flower relay network?
A platform that takes orders online and passes them to affiliated florists, who prepare and deliver them. The platform usually keeps a commission for the service. It is a legitimate model, useful for international deliveries for example.
Is Floristería Mallorca part of any network?
No. We are an independent family shop in Palma, founded in 2016. Everything you see on our website is made in our workshop and delivered by our own team.
Is the bouquet in the photo the one I will get?
Yes: our catalogue photos are of bouquets made in our workshop. Flowers may vary slightly with the season; if a change matters, we let you know first.
Who delivers my order?
Our own team, Monday to Saturday, across Mallorca. You can see zones, prices and minimum orders on our delivery page.
Is buying direct more expensive?
Not necessarily: with no platform commission, your money goes to the flowers and the delivery. Our delivery prices reflect the real journey by zone, not a fee.
Do you deliver to hotels, hospitals and funeral homes?
Yes, across the whole island: hotels, yachts, hospitals and funeral homes, confirming the room or reception beforehand when needed.
