The red rose is the flower most closely linked to love, and here it shares the bouquet with others that carry their own message: tulips are associated with a declaration of love, lilies with elegance and anthurium with passion. Hence the name: this is a bouquet for saying you are in it for the long run.

In the photo, red dominates (roses, tulips, carnations and anthurium), softened by the pale pink lilies and the grey-green eucalyptus. Our flowers are bought fresh day by day, so the shades, and now and then one of the supporting flowers, may change depending on availability. The size and the romantic feel of the bouquet stay as they are.

We make it in a single size, exactly as pictured: a big, full bouquet, the kind you carry in both arms. If you would rather go smaller or decide how many flowers go in, two close relatives might suit you: our red roses with white lilies, offered in four sizes, or our bouquet mixing roses and tulips.

That is deliberate. The buds unfurl at home over a few days, bringing their perfume with them. Each open flower reveals stamens heavy with pollen that marks fabric easily. Pull them off with a tissue, and if any lands on your clothes, do not rub it.

It is meant for your partner: an anniversary, Valentine's Day, a proposal, saying sorry or celebrating something that belongs to the two of you. Because of its size, it is also a good choice when you want the gesture to be impossible to miss.

Most days it can. As a rough guide, if you order before 9:00 it should go out on our morning round; order before 13:00 and it normally goes out in the afternoon. On weekdays we deliver from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00; on Saturdays, from 10:00 to 14:00 only, while on Sundays the vans stay parked.
