What details do I need to send a bouquet to Palmaplanas?
Quirónsalud reception is strict with security. It is mandatory that you provide the Patient's Full Name and Room Number. Without the exact number, we cannot access the floors to deliver your surprise.
Are flowers allowed in the Quirónsalud ICU?
No. Due to hospital medical regulations, flowers are forbidden in the ICU and recovery room. If your relative is there, we recommend waiting until they are moved to a ward. It will be the best moment to brighten their day!
What happens if the patient is discharged early?
If the patient has left when we arrive at the room, we will call you immediately to coordinate delivery to their home. We will handle the change so the gift reaches them wherever they are.
What flower format do you recommend for this clinic?
Rooms are modern but don't always have vases. To make things easier, we recommend a "Centerpiece" or a "Flower Box". They come with their own water, are very decorative, and easy to take home.
How do the Bloomi Assistant and the card editor work?
