What do I need to send flowers to a room in Son Espases?
The hospital is very large. It is mandatory that you provide the Full Name, the Room Number, and the Module Letter (e.g., Room 225, Block H). Without the module letter, it is very difficult to locate the patient.
Are flowers allowed in the Son Espases ICU?
No. Due to strict regulations, flowers are forbidden in the ICU, Recovery Room, or ER. If the patient is there, wait for their transfer to a ward or send them home after discharge.
What happens if the patient is discharged before delivery?
If the patient has left when we arrive, we will call you immediately to coordinate delivery to their home. We will manage the address change so the gift arrives at their house as soon as possible.
Is it better to send a bouquet or a centerpiece?
Son Espases does not provide vases. For hygiene and convenience, we recommend choosing a "Centerpiece" or a "Flower Box". They have their own water base, don't leak, and are much easier to take home upon discharge.
How will I know if my bouquet has been delivered?
As soon as we deliver the bouquet, you will receive an automatic confirmation email for your peace of mind.
Remember: If you don't hear from us, it’s a good sign. It means the delivery is on its way. We will only call you if an unexpected issue arises or if we cannot find the recipient.
How do the Bloomi Assistant and the card editor work?
