What information is mandatory to send flowers to the hospital?
Due to Data Protection Laws, the hospital does not provide patient info. It is mandatory that you provide the Full Name and Room Number. Without the room number, we cannot make the delivery.
What type of arrangement is best for a hospital?
Bouquets need a vase, and hospitals don't provide them. For convenience and hygiene, we recommend choosing a "Centerpiece" or a "Flower Box". These come with their own water source (floral foam), don't leak, and are much easier to transport upon discharge.
Can flowers be sent to the ICU (Intensive Care Unit)?
Due to medical regulations, flowers are not allowed in the ICU. If the patient is there, we recommend waiting until they are moved to a ward or sending them to their home upon discharge.
What happens if the patient is discharged before flowers arrive?
Don't worry. If the patient has been discharged, we will contact you immediately to coordinate delivery to their home. We will handle the change of address so they receive their gift as soon as possible.
How will I know if my bouquet has been delivered?
As soon as we deliver the bouquet, you will receive an automatic confirmation email for your peace of mind.
Remember: If you don't hear from us, it’s a good sign. It means the delivery is on its way. We will only call you if an unexpected issue arises or if we cannot find the recipient.
