Do you deliver bouquets to homes in Calvià urbanizations?
Yes, we reach any door in Palmanova, Santa Ponsa, Magaluf, and Peguera. Choose Morning slot (10am-2pm) ordering by 10:30am, or Afternoon slot (4pm-8pm) ordering by 1:00pm.
Do you also deliver to hotel receptions or companies?
Absolutely. If the address is temporary (Hotel) or a workplace, give us the reception details and room number. We ensure the notification reaches the final recipient.
Will the driver reveal who sent the flowers?

What do you do if no one is home upon arrival?
We do our absolute best to deliver. We ring the bell, call the recipient, and call you. If no answer, the bouquet returns to our Palma HQ to protect the flowers. We will send you a notice to choose: pick it up for free or arrange a new delivery.
How will I know if my bouquet has been delivered?
As soon as we deliver the bouquet, you will receive an automatic confirmation email for your peace of mind.
Remember: If you don't hear from us, it’s a good sign. It means the delivery is on its way. We will only call you if an unexpected issue arises or if we cannot find the recipient.
