Our physical shop is in Palma (Carrer del Cardenal Rossell, 73), but we serve Santa Maria del Camí with home delivery. We make every bouquet by hand and deliver it to the town and across the Raiguer; just place your order and pick the delivery date in the website calendar.

Of course. We deliver only the bouquet and the card with your message. Your customer data is never revealed.

Watch out! The recipient won't know who you are unless you say so. If you want them to know it's from you, remember to sign the dedication. If you don't write your name on the note, it will be a complete secret.

If nobody answers, we call the recipient (announcing "a package" so as not to spoil the surprise).

If they don't answer, we will call you to find a solution. If we are unable to reach you either, you will receive an automatic notification via email and WhatsApp. The bouquet will be returned to our cold storage to stay fresh until you give us further instructions.

As soon as we deliver the bouquet, you will receive an automatic confirmation email for your peace of mind.

Remember: If you don't hear from us, it’s a good sign. It means the delivery is on its way. We will only call you if an unexpected issue arises or if we cannot find the recipient.
