Each one is made up by hand in our Palma workshop from the alstroemeria delivered that morning, then taken to the door by our own team, wherever the address is in Mallorca, and on the same day if you order in good time. What you see in the photo is a real bouquet in the small size: 15 stems in yellow, orange, red, pink and lilac (a proper rainbow), wrapped in kraft paper with a yellow ribbon and our round logo sticker. There is always a mix of colours, but which ones depends on what is available each day.

The small bouquet has 15, the medium 20, the large 25 and the XXL 30, all of them alstroemeria. The photo shows the small size, which is also the one selected by default. For a thoughtful gesture, small or medium is plenty; if you want the bouquet to make an entrance, go for large or XXL.
It is always a mix of several colours, yes, much like the rainbow in the photo, but exactly which ones depends on the alstroemeria available each morning, and that changes from day to day. The one in the picture came out yellow, orange, red, pink and lilac. What stays the same is that it is all alstroemeria, in several colours, with the number of stems for the size you choose. Because the idea is flowers and nothing else. Without filler foliage, the volume comes from the alstroemeria themselves, with several blooms on each stem, and the colours stand out more. Alstroemeria is one of the longest-lasting cut flowers. As a guide, the bouquet should last more than a week with clean water and the stems trimmed now and then. Keeping it somewhere cool and pulling off faded blooms also helps the rest of each stem look its best.
In most cases, yes. As a guide, orders that reach us before 9:00 can go out the same morning, and those before 13:00 in the afternoon. Delivery windows are 10:00–14:00 and 16:00–20:00 from Monday to Friday, and 10:00–14:00 on Saturdays, with no deliveries on Sundays. We're a family business in Palma, and our mornings start when the flowers are delivered to the shop (C/ Cardenal Rossell 73, Coll d'en Rabassa). Ekaterina picks out what she wants to work with and starts on the day's bouquets in the workshop. Meanwhile, Sergio takes care of the website and of Bloomi, our AI card-writing assistant. From 10:00 we head out to deliver the orders ourselves. That has been our routine since we opened in December 2016.
