Red roses with gypsophila in Mallorca: a red rose bouquet of 6 to 101 roses, delivered today

A red rose bouquet with gypsophila and nothing else: no filler foliage, just deep red roses framed by a white haze of tiny flowers. You pick the size, from any number between 6 and 25 roses up to 30, 50 or 101.

Ekaterina chooses the roses that morning and ties the bouquet by hand in our Palma workshop, then our own drivers take it to the door anywhere in Mallorca. The photos are of a real bouquet in the smallest size, around six roses, wrapped in sisal mesh with a satin ribbon; the colour of the mesh and ribbon may vary.

What's in the red rose and gypsophila bouquet

Red roses
Rich red blooms, picked out by Ekaterina on the day the bouquet is made.

Gypsophila, no greenery
A cloud of little white flowers around each rose and no leafy filler, so the red and white stay crisp.

6 to 101 roses
Any number from 6 to 25, plus 30, 50 or 101: from a quiet gesture to a bouquet people talk about for years.

Occasions

Valentine's Day
Classic red and white, in whatever number means something to the two of you.

Anniversary
A rose for each year together, up to 25, or 30 or 50 to mark a round number.

Saying sorry or declaring your love
When something important has to be said face to face, red roses help break the ice.

Birthday
Six roses as a simple treat, or one per year if the age is among the numbers on offer.

Caring for red roses and gypsophila

  1. Vase and water: choose a spotless vase, fill it with cool fresh water and refresh it often so it stays clear.
  2. Angled cuts: take off the mesh and snip the end of every stem on a slant with sharp scissors; repeat each time you change the water.
  3. Keep the gypsophila: it holds up well in the vase, and once the roses are over you can hang it upside down to dry and keep it as a little dried posy.

FAQ about red roses with gypsophila

How many roses should I choose?

Think about who it's for and where it will stand. Six to twelve roses make a bouquet that is easy to hand over and fits on a small table, like the one in the photos. From 13 to 25 it fills a large vase and catches the eye the moment you walk in. Thirty or fifty roses suit a landmark occasion, and 101 is a huge bouquet that takes both arms to hold. Plenty of people go for a number that means something: someone's age, your years together or the date you met.

What is gypsophila?

Gypsophila paniculata, also known as baby's breath, is a plant with fine branching stems covered in tiny white flowers. Here it wraps around the roses like a frame, and against all that white the red looks even deeper. In Spain it's called paniculata, which explains the bouquet's old name.

Why is there no greenery?

Because the whole idea of this bouquet is two colours and nothing else. If you prefer roses with foliage, our bouquet of 26 to 50 red roses with greenery pairs long-stemmed roses with gypsophila and a ring of green leaves.

Can I have it with roses in another colour?

This bouquet is made with red roses. For white, pink or another shade, message us before you order, by phone or WhatsApp on +34 658 838 056, and we'll check what can be done on the day. If you'd like red and white roses mixed, have a look at our red and white rose bouquet.

Can it arrive today, even with 50 or 101 roses?

For the smaller and medium sizes, yes, provided we receive the order early enough. Roughly speaking, an order in before 9:00 usually reaches its recipient in the morning, and one in before 13:00 later that afternoon. Our drivers are out on weekdays from 10:00 to 14:00 and again from 16:00 to 20:00, on Saturdays only between 10:00 and 14:00, and not at all on Sundays. For 50 or 101 roses it's wise to order in advance, and if you need it today, check with us on WhatsApp first. The day and slot are chosen during checkout; shop collection is possible too.

Is the bouquet in the photo the one I'll receive?

The photo shows a real bouquet from our workshop in the smallest size, with around six roses. Choose more roses and the bouquet grows in proportion, with extra gypsophila to match. It comes wrapped in mesh and ribbon; both are red in the photo, but the colour of the wrapping can change.

Can I add a message?

Yes, it goes on a card with the bouquet and you type it in as you order. If you're lost for words, Bloomi, our website's AI helper, can suggest a few lines that you then reword in your own voice.
