How hotel delivery works

We deliver to any hotel, aparthotel or resort on the island. The process is simple:

• Give us the hotel name and the guest's name exactly as it appears in the booking — that is how reception locates the room.
• Choose the delivery day at checkout. If you know the room number, add it in the comments — it helps, but it is not required.
• We coordinate with reception or the concierge: depending on hotel policy, the flowers go straight to the room or are handed over at the front desk.
• It stays a surprise: we confirm the details with the hotel, never with the guest.

In high summer, we also select flowers that take the Mallorcan heat well, with that week's freshest stems from our workshop — so the arrangement still looks splendid days later, even on a warm terrace.
