“Dulzura Rosada” flower box with roses and tulips: a gift ready for the table, delivered today in Mallorca

“Dulzura Rosada” is a flower box with roses and tulips, finished with lisianthus, eucalyptus and gypsophila in a delicate style. It is arranged in floral foam inside a hatbox, so it needs no vase.

Ekaterina arranges each one in Palma on its delivery date, working with stems she selected that morning, and a member of our delivery team gives it personally to whoever it is for, wherever they live on the island. A card with your words travels with it. The photo shows a real box from our workshop: a pink hatbox with a large wide-ribbon bow, pale pink and cream roses, pink tulips (some of them double), ruffled fuchsia blooms, lisianthus with green buds, clouds of gypsophila and eucalyptus sprigs peeking out at the sides. Those were the shades of that day; yours will depend on what comes into the workshop.

What's in the “Dulzura Rosada” box

Hatbox
Round, with floral foam inside: the flowers arrive in place and the box goes straight onto a table or shelf.

Tulips
They keep growing and opening at home, so the box changes a little every day.

Roses and friends
The roses give it body; lisianthus, gypsophila and eucalyptus keep it light.

When to give it

Birthday
It arrives ready to take centre stage at the party table, with your card on show.

Mother's Day
In Spain it falls on the first Sunday in May, though any day is a good day for Mum.

New baby
A way to welcome the baby without sending the new parents hunting for a vase.

Saying thank you
For a favour, big or small: the card explains why and the box does the rest.

How to care for a flower box with floral foam

  1. Water every two days: pour a little onto the foam, slowly, until it feels damp.
  2. A cool corner: out of direct sun, away from heating and draughts.
  3. Remove what fades: take out any flowers past their best; the rest will look better and the box will stay neat.

FAQ about the “Dulzura Rosada” box of roses and tulips

What flowers are in “Dulzura Rosada” and how does it arrive?

Roses and tulips take the lead, joined by lisianthus, sprigs of eucalyptus and gypsophila. Everything is set in floral foam inside a hatbox, so it is given exactly as it is: no stems to unwrap and no vase to find. It comes in a single size, the box you see in the photo.

Will my box have the exact shades shown in the picture?

Not exactly. The photo captures one particular day: pale pink and cream roses, pink tulips, a few fuchsia blooms and the white of the gypsophila. Shades depend on availability each morning, so yours may turn out a little different. What does not change is the recipe: roses and tulips with lisianthus, eucalyptus and gypsophila, in a delicate style. The box and ribbon in the photo are also an example and may come in another colour.

How do I water a box with floral foam?

The foam works like a reservoir: it holds water and feeds it to the stems. Every two days, pour water slowly onto the foam, between the flowers, until it feels damp to the touch. A little at a time is better than a sudden splash, so that no water collects at the bottom of the box.

Why do the tulips change after it arrives?

Because a tulip carries on living after it is cut: it grows a little and opens its petals with the light and warmth of a home. So the box you receive does not stand still: the tulips stretch and open, and the arrangement gains movement. If you would rather they opened slowly, keep it in the coolest part of the room.

Can you deliver it today?

Yes, provided the order comes in early enough. Roughly speaking: orders placed before 9:00 usually leave on the morning run, and those made before 13:00 on the afternoon run. Monday to Friday the vans go out in two windows, 10:00–14:00 and 16:00–20:00. Saturday deliveries run from 10:00 to 14:00 only, and there are none on Sundays. During checkout you pick whichever day and time slot suit you; a driver from our own team takes it and hands it over personally, wherever on Mallorca the address is. If you are passing, you can also collect it from the shop.

Do you have boxes with only tulips?

Yes. If you would like tulips with a bit of greenery, our tulips and eucalyptus box is a good match. There is also our plain tulip box, and the “Noelia” box packed with tulips and gypsophila. For a different hatbox, try “Nicole”, with roses, lisianthus and gerberas.

Is there a bouquet version, without the box?

Yes: our bouquet of roses and tulips brings the two flowers together, hand-tied, for people who prefer to put them in a vase. “Dulzura Rosada” is the choice when the person receiving it should not have to do anything: open it, set it on the table and enjoy.
