Each morning, as the roses come in, Ekaterina picks the ones for your bouquet; it is hand-tied in our workshop, and later one of us drives it over to the recipient. Early orders can arrive the very same day. The picture shows a real 50-rose bouquet: white with a hint of ivory, gathered into a round, compact shape with pale aqua and mauve-grey paper and a white ribbon. The white can shift from pure white to ivory between batches, and the paper is only an example.

That depends on what you want the number to say. A nice idea is to pick one that means something: the age someone is turning (60 roses for a 60th birthday) or the years you've spent together (50 for a golden wedding). If it's all about impact, 50 roses already make quite an entrance, and 101 is the top of the range; in between, there are ten more options.

White roses vary slightly between batches, from pure white to a soft ivory, and ours in the picture lean towards ivory; you will, of course, always get the number you chose. The wrapping is paper and ribbon, but the colours in the photo (pale aqua and mauve-grey, with a white ribbon) may change.

Usually, yes. For example, order at 8:30 and your bouquet should arrive that same morning; order at 12:30 and it should arrive in the afternoon. As a guide, 9:00 and 13:00 are the times to beat (Mallorca time). On weekdays our drivers go out twice, from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00; on Saturday only the morning round runs (10:00–14:00), and Sunday is a no-delivery day.
